Co-ordination with agency providing maintenance support to ensure execution of Service Level Agreement. Preparation and execution of Telemedicine Programme schedule in co-ordination with the Nodal Officer and other stake holders such as faculty of the college/institute, Nodal Officer, RRC, other remote partners. Supervision of the work of Telemedicine Technician and covering his/her work during leave. Maintenance of Records such as Attendance Register, Log Book, Stock Inventory, Complaint Logs any other records as laid down in the Standard Operation Protocol etc. Deliverables: Compiled Reports of Telemedicine activities on weekly monthly and yearly basis. Compiled Reports of Annual Maintenance, monthly attendance, Leave Record, Log Book and periodic reports Archived material of telemedicine sessions. Reports of technical performance status and daily network testing. Minutes of all meetings convened by the Nodal Officer. Any other documents/ deliverables laid down in the SOP. A Biodata with passport size photograph of the applicant and self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, Qualification & Experience in Telemedicine and other necessary documents in a sealed cover super scribing ‘FOR THE POST OF TELEMEDICINE INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR’ should reach to Nodal Officer, NMCN Project (Telemedicine), Department of Plastic Surgery, 4th Floor, SS Block, JIPMER, Puducherry-605006 on or before 4.30 pm, 20th October 2018.
