1. "Obedience to the law of bread labor will bring about a silent revolution in the structure of society."
In the light of above statement, explain the importance of harmonious constitutional provisions which safeguard and protect labor laws to achieve socio, economic and political justice, liberty, equality and fraternity laid by our constitutional drafters? (Marks 10)
2. Explain the various approaches for settling disputes and state the advantage of voluntary arbitration over compulsory method of adjudication for settling industrial disputes under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947? (Marks 10)
3. Write short notes on any two of the following:- (Marks 5×2=10)
a. Regal and Sovereign functions of the state.
b. Individual Dispute.
c. Industrial Relation.
