1. Aslan Abashidze mentioned in his article "The Relationship between International Law and Municipal Law: Significance of Monism and Dualism Concepts" as:
The question of relationship between international law and municipal law is primarily connected with the degree of interdependence and interconnection between these two entities- i.e. whether they are part of a universal legal order or whether they from two distinct law system. The answer to this question is beyond the scope of academic research and large practical importance, especially in the terms of applying the rules of international law by a municipal court.
Discuss in detail the abovementioned paragraph in the light of Monistic and dualistic approach. Also discuss the issue of primacy in the case of conflict between International Law and Municipal Law? (Marks 10)
