1. 'Guilty mind is recognised as the key component of traditional crimes as there can be no crime without it'. Discuss the statement in the light of new principle of criminal liability in Socio-Economic Crimes with relevant judicial pronouncements. (Marks 10)
2. Trace the development of laws relating to prohibition of immoral trafficking in India.

3. "The educated youth is grossly insensitive to the evil of dowry and unashamedly contribute to its perpetration". Critically comment in the light of relevant provisions from the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961? (Marks 10)
