1. "Dicey developed the contents of his thesis on Rule of law by peeping from a foggy England into a sunny France." Discuss the statement with reference to the growth of Administrative Law in France and England. (Marks 10)
2. "Parliamentary control over Delegated Legislation should be a living continuity as a constitutional necessity, but extensive parliamentary control frustrates the basic object of delegating law-making powers to the administration." In the light of the given statement, examine the adequacy and efficacy of Parliamentary control over delegated legislation in India. (Marks 10)
3. Write Short Notes on the following: (Marks 5×2=10)
a. Legality of Henry VIII Clause in India
b. Significance of administrative adjudication in a welfare state
