1. The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 lays down the floor age of marriage. What are the implications of violation of the said age? Comment in light of relevant provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 with judicial pronouncements in this regard.

2. The provision of monogamy has been challenged numerous times on the touch stone of various provisions of Constitution of India. What are the implications of violation of this condition? Comment in light of relevant judicial pronouncements in this regard. (Marks10)

b. Non- applicability of the Hindu Marriage Act
