"Environmental Pollution" and various kinds of pollution. Elucidate the duties
of State and Citizens to protect and promote natural Environment under Part
III and IV of Indian Constitution.

Pollution with reference to the Atomic Energy Act with relevant case laws in
India. Do you suggest any amendment in the Act to prevent abuse of Atomic
Substances?
