The salary or payscale for the position of industrial workman grade-i (trainee) is Grade-I: Pay Band Rs.7000-24240 with Grade Pay of Rs.2280/-. The selected candidates will be taken initially on training for one year during which period they will be given mainly “on-the-job” training. They will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 16000/- (Rupees Sixteen thousand only).
